August 11th, 2010

What a beautiful thing it is to wake up and do some hill sprints. For about and hour... this morning with Paramount Brazilian Ju-Jitzu. I had a couple of bites of cantaloupe and just left with a half of banana for afterward and a water bottle. I felt really good the entire time and no lose of energy, minus the hill of death. For Breakfast when i came back i had three poached eggs with avocado and a sweet potato with cinnamon. Lunch was chicken breast, green beans, and some more cantaloupe. When working I had a peach, a banana, and some nuts with dried fruit. For dinner, I had two turkey burgers with salsa and a spinach salad I made with cantaloupe and blueberry's. I just wanted to make this one short because I have to get up and swim tomorrow early. Thanks for reading guys!
